    JOB TITLE: Warehouse Clerk DEPARTMENT: Manufacturing REPORTS TO: Warehouse Coordinator POSITION DESCRIPTION: Compiles, maintains and verifies records on incoming and outgoing shipments. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Receives incoming product, tools, equipment and material. Review packing slips for accuracy by matching against purchase orders. Update company systems immediately upon receipt. Inspect incoming product for damaged material and advise appropriate department management. Notify appropriate department of received product. Ensure delivery of inventory stores and materials. Prepares shipping documents in a timely and accurate manor. Verify proper shipping labels are affixed to the product. Record shipped finished goods ensuring inventor system accurately reflects inventory adjustment. Prepare bill of lading in accordance with the freight carrier requirements. Maintain work area and equipment in a clean and orderly condition and follow prescribed safety regulations. Assist with physical inventory and/or cycle counting as requested. Determine setup procedures and select machine tooling, according to specifications. Read work orders or production schedules to determine specifications, such as materials to be used, locations of cutting lines, or dimensions and tolerances. Adjust controls to produce copper cathode into specified diameters. Measure completed copper tubes to verify conformance to specifications, using micrometers, gauges, calipers, templates, rulers, etc. Change tooling on machines according to production specifications. Troubleshoot, maintain, and make minor repairs to equipment. Feed copper cathode or copper tubing into or through equipment. Inspect production equipment and copper cathode or copper tubing for quality defects Mark copper tubing with identifying information. Measure dimensions of copper tubing to verify conformance to specifications. Monitor equipment operation to ensure that products are not flawed. Read work orders or other instructions to determine product specifications or materials requirements. Clean work area.     JOB TITLE: Quality Engineer DEPARTMENT: Quality REPORTS TO: Quality Director POSITION DESCRIPTION: Provides technical resources for all issues pertaining to product quality. Applies knowledge of quality principles in determining conformance and non-conformance material. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Design, document and implement methods for process control, process improvement, product evaluation, testing and inspection. Ensure proper inspections have been performed to ensure product quality. Promote quality standards, inspection processes and test methodology conform to quality plans and customer specifications. Review customer purchase orders and product specifications and ensure control plans, testing methods and process controls are in place to meet customer requirements. Interface with customer service representatives concerning problems with quality assurance and lead corrective action activities. Promptly report to department supervision any non-conformance material and defect trend analysis. Facilitate multiple improvement teams in applying Six Sigma tools and techniques. Provide technical and statistical expertise to teams. Assist department management in analyzing defects and developing and implementing corrective actions.
